Currently, the EVIQO app does not have a direct feature to change the email address associated with your account.
However, you can update it by adding your new email to the household and removing the old one.
Follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start From the Home Page
The home page is where you see:
The charger icon
Power
Amps
Voltage
2. Open the Menu
Tap the three dashes (☰) in the top-left corner.
You will see:
My Profile
General Settings
Household
3. Go to Household
Tap:
Household → Members → (person icon with a plus sign) in the top-right corner
4. Add Your New Email
Enter:
Your new email address
Your name
Choose Admin as the role
This will add the new email to the household.
5. Log In With Your New Email
Once added, you can now log in using the new email address.
6. Remove Your Old Email (Optional)
Go back to:
Household → Members
Swipe left on the old email and delete it if you no longer want it on the account.
Summary
The app cannot directly change the email address.
You can add a new email to your household and remove the old one.
Make sure the new email is set as Admin so you retain full access.
