How to Fix the Issue
If you cannot remember your password or are unsure whether it's correct, follow these steps:
Open the EVIQO app.
Tap “Log In.”
Select “Forgot Password.”
Enter the email address you used to create your account.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Once the password is reset, you should be able to log in normally.
Important Notes
Make sure you are using the same email you originally registered with.
If you do not see the reset email, check your spam/junk folder.
