Cannot Log In Because No Confirmation Email Is Received

What To Do

1. Do NOT select “Sign Up”

Since your account already exists, signing up again will not work, and no email will be sent.

2. Tap “Log In” instead

Enter the email and password you previously used.

3. If you don’t remember your password

You may need to reset it.

Follow these steps:

1. Tap “Log In.”

2. Tap “Forgot Password.”

3. Enter your email address.

4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

After resetting, you should be able to log in normally.

Additional Notes

• Make sure you're entering the same email you used when creating the account.

• Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the reset email.
